Finally received 3 machines we set up w/ you 🙏🏼Tornado and two sterling’s. They do an amazing job❗️Upon arriving, no damage to boxes or M.’s but the one of the plates looks as if the solder’s at contact to bottom of plate glows at the wire. Like the contact IS NOT QUITE THERE! Tornado is awesome. We spoke about the fact we are VERY FAR AWAY FROM OHIO ST THOMAS Virgin Islands. THE MACHINES ARE PERFORMING INCREDIBLY OTHERWISE 🙏🏼 Nothing but bravo❗ Thank you for your brilliant machines! I bought two of the Sterling XT PRO Cannon 50K Ozone generators and one Tornado 40K ozone machine. I was reluctant initially to spend the money on this technology but I was quickly convinced after using the machines. I also bought the ULV fogger and I was impressed as well of the performance and the durability of all the equipment I bought. I had a little hiccup initially with Charles on my order although he made it more than right for me. I am very pleased with his products and his customer service for going out of his way to make me happy. I highly recommend the Bio Blaster high output Ozone Generators. I plan on making several more purchases.

I have purchased seven of your machines so far. 3ea 100,000 volt 3ea 50,000 volt 1ea 40,000 volt I have used these ozone generators as part of our mold remediation protocol. I like your products. I also appreciate your technician Steve's professionalism. I've been watching your interviews on YOUTube with Bug Zappers, Odor Busters, and other customers. The conversations about using 03 for odor control and bed bugs have piqued my interest and I've been experimenting. The results are promising. My 40,000-volt tornado with a makeshift pressurizing hose for used car smells take about an hour. (like you did for the sheriff's department) The customers seem satisfied. I have charged $75.00 for a car. No one else in this area uses massive ozone so I'm guessing at pricing. In a home where the cat odor knocked us down at the door, we used two 100,000-volt units for 8 hours. At the same time, we set the 40,000-volt tornado upside down on a piano dolly and slowly rolled it over the carpet. Also, we used a liquid enzyme called Anti-Icky Poo that eats urine and such. I told the customer we would come back if the smell persisted. She seems happy. I charged $1250.00 Six weeks ago we staged our first bedbug intervention. First visit: We applied 480,000 mg of ozone inside a 650 square foot mobile home for eight hours. After removing the electrical covers we fogged the openings with a 6% H202 based product. After clearing the home of the 3 Ps and turning on all the machines and fans. Out of curiosity the customer and I meet at the mobile home 5 hours into the treatment. Charlie, there was an ozone barrier, an aura around the home that would take your breath 30 feet from the door. It was great and the customer was impressed. Bedbugs by the hundreds were dead on the floor and others were stuck to the walls. They seem to have imploded as if stuck with a needle. (Kinda cool) In the first report that same week 2 bugs were seen and no one had been bitten. Second visit: 12 days later We applied 480,000 mg in a 650 square foot mobile home for eight hours. After removing the electrical covers we used a Pyrethrin-based product to powder into the openings. We sprayed Alpine WSG at baseboards, trim, furniture, etc. We stay in touch with the customer who has reported 3 bugs, no bites so far. I charged $1000.00 I need more instruction. I'm flying by the seat of my pants. I need a chart or guideline to follow. How many ppm of ozone kills what odor, virus, and airborne contagions, bedbugs, rouches, lice within what square footage. Oh by the way we have found that ozone will kill squirrels if they hang around. I want to build my business to include more ozone generators as we grow.
